From the moment you arrive, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. You'll be welcomed with a beverage—whether that's coffee, tea, water, or your favorite energy drink—and we'll take a few moments to settle in before we begin.

Every appointment starts with a thoughtful consultation. We'll talk through your hair goals, your daily routine, what you love, and anything that hasn't worked for you in the past. Together, we'll create a plan that's tailored to your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and long-term hair goals.

Healthy hair will always come first. I'll always be honest about what's achievable and recommend the approach that protects the integrity of your hair while helping you reach the beautiful, lived-in color you're looking for.

As a fellow introvert, I completely understand the value of uninterrupted quiet time. If you'd prefer a silent appointment, just leave me a note when booking or let me know when you arrive. I'll only check in when it's necessary, so you can relax, read, work, or simply enjoy a little time to yourself.
